CitySense: Ambient Intelligence for Smart Cities

CitySense is a mobile application designed to enhance urban living by connecting residents to a smart city’s essential amenities, services, and events. The app offers features like concierge services, amenity and event booking, maintenance requests, and real-time community updates. Focused on convenience, sustainability, and engagement, CitySense simplifies the way residents interact with their city. This project involved end-to-end UX design from user research and wireframes to prototyping and usability testing with a goal to replace traditional building management methods with a seamless digital solution.
